Finished elevations and surface drainage are coordinated to direct water away from paved areas and connect properly with surrounding lawns, gardens, structures and drainage systems.
Depending on the property and project goals, the installation may use permeable or non-permeable paving. The sub-base, bedding, joints and drainage are coordinated with the selected system.

Retaining walls over 1 m in Toronto, and walls affected by loading, nearby structures or public access, may require permits and engineered design. Requirements are confirmed for the specific property before construction.
Our 3-Year Workmanship Warranty covers the quality of SYG Landscape’s installation. It does not cover misuse, impact, unauthorized alterations or other human-caused damage.
